Teriyaki 1
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and wisk thouroughly.
Pour over meat and let steep in refrigerator for several hours.
